Alice in Wonderland- Recreation

As part of my makeup portfolio i have began a scene recreation from Alice in wonderland. I am taking photo's from the film to create a similar peice myself. In areas i shell chang the makeup for example a shade of colour or imprivisation of areas. Today i began with The Queen of Hearts and Alice. I found Alice was a simple creation as it was a basic makeup form however the queen of hearts was a little more difficult. I shell use photo shop to help minipulate some of the images and adapt them further.

The Clothes Show Live; Birmingham

Not only was the Clothes Show a great shopping experience i also found it an interesting trip to take inspirations from the Catwalk show. It allowed me to experience first hand a show which was filled with thoughout beauty it allowed me to think and recognise the depth within the show. The props, each scene was an experience from 'A night at a shopping mal' which portrayed each setting of the mal from ladies wear, to mens, evening and casual. The costume was obviosly a key part to the show as it was a representaion of the clothes you can purcase at the show. The make up was basic with the feature being 'red glittery lips'. This was effective and made a statement as the light reflection on the tatoo lips had a large impact and was a bold statemnet.
