Making Beads in the style of Diana Dias-leao
To follow a similar style to my chosen artist i created a number of beads, first i began by making a clay old around an example bead then poured in plaster, waited for it to dry and again created another clay mold to surround the following side of the mold. then 'dug' a canal from the bead to the end of the plaster cast and poured in the latex . I am pleased with the final product however i felt it was very inconcistent with the final piece. i also made beads using polymer clay i found this aloud me to be more creative and to create a wider variety of beads introducing different patterns and colours to each peice.
